Permanent Eyeliner in Tampa Bay, FL
Eyeliner is already a part of your daily makeup routine, and you know that applying it can take patience and time. Imagine how much easier it would be with permanent eyeliner from Davis Facial Plastic Surgery for residents of Tampa, St. Petersburg and nearby areas of Florida.
What is Permanent Eyeliner?
Permanent eyeliner is a type of micropigmentation in which ink is deposited in the layers of skin, similar to what is done for tattoos. It is considered a permanent way to maintain coloring along the upper or lower eyelashes, and the treatment can be customized to your desires. You can choose a subtle permanent eyeliner or be as dramatic as you wish.
What are the Benefits of Permanent Eyeliner?

- Professional looking
- No smudges or skipping
- Normal eyeliner can be used over the micropigmentation to change your look
- Tailored to your personal taste
- Applied by our aesthetician in our office
- Little to no recovery
How is Permanent Eyeliner Applied?
At the beginning of the appointment, our aesthetician works with you to find the right application for your needs. This includes choosing a color, application line and width of the micropigmentation. Traditional eyeliner is used to help you visualize the results. The skin is cleansed to get rid of makeup, skincare products and impurities. Our aesthetician applies a topical cream to numb the area and uses a hand-held instrument to deposit the pigmentation granules into the skin.
What Should I Expect After My Permanent Eyeliner Treatment?
An ointment is applied to the skin to help the skin heal. You may notice that the area feels sensitive, and you may have some minor discomfort. Initial healing takes only a day or two. We recommend that you wear sunglasses until the skin heals completely to preserve the integrity of the pigment color. Our aesthetician schedules a follow-up appointment to evaluate how the skin is healing and determine if any touch ups are needed. Initially, the pigment may look darker than what you expected. It will fade slightly over the first year.
How Much Does Permanent Eyeliner Cost?
The price will be discussed with you after your consultation. Prior to the appointment, feel free to learn about our financing options through CareCredit®. Davis Facial Plastic Surgery also accepts payment by cash, check and credit card.
