We kindly ask that you be punctual for your appointment time, arriving late will deprive you of valuable time with your provider. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will make every effort to keep your appointment. However, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge the cancellation fee.
Please note that if you no show or cancel your appointment less than 72 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee to the credit card on file. We strive to provide the highest quality service to our patients, while also respecting our Teams’ time. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
We do not offer refunds on surgeries or services rendered. We do not offer refunds on products; however, defective products may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product.
