Natasha, Practice Administrator

With 25 years of plastic surgery experience, Natasha leads our team with expertise gained from working every role within a practice. She partners with Dr. Davis to bring his vision to life, ensures patients feel the compassion behind our care, and oversees the financial operations of the practice. She leads our team with skill, compassion, and unmatched expertise. Natasha sets the standard for our practice, ensuring every patient’s experience reflects the highest level of care. Her commitment to excellence shapes the experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Anna, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Anna is passionate about building trusting relationships with patients while delivering high-quality care. She has 17 years of experience in cosmetics and medical dermatology. Before her career in cosmetics and dermatology, Anna gained 5 years of experience at Tampa General Hospital in the medical intensive care unit, the cardiac catheterization lab, and the post-anesthesia care unit as a registered nurse. She completed her B.S. in nursing at St. Louis University and her M.S. in nursing as a family nurse practitioner at the University of South Florida. 

Anna is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurses, the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Dedicated to advancing her expertise, Anna continues to pursue ongoing education and training, ensuring she remains at the forefront of the most innovative aesthetic techniques and technologies.

Katelyn, Certified Surgical Tech, Medical Assistant

As one of our Medical Assistants, Katelyn supports you from pre-op through recovery and works closely with Dr. Davis in both the clinic and the OR. In surgery, she serves as his trusted right hand, anticipating each move to ensure a smooth, successful procedure. Her calm, steady presence makes you feel comfortable, cared for, and genuinely supported through every step of your journey.

Courtney, Surgical Coordinator

Courtney is our Surgical Coordinator who guides you through every step of your experience, from scheduling consultations and arranging surgery to providing personalized financial guidance with care and clarity. She manages Dr. Davis’s surgical schedule with precision, ensuring every detail is flawlessly coordinated. Courtney helps you navigate our office with ease, making your journey smooth and stress-free, and is always just a call away so you never feel alone in the process.

Jennifer, Medical Aesthetician

Jennifer is our Medical Aesthetician and has been in the skincare industry for 10 years. To know her is to love her, our patients are not only obsessed with her, but with the glow she creates. She’s passionate about products, ingredients, and customizing treatments to bring your skin to its absolute best. She’s worked in many capacities throughout the aesthetic world, giving her a deep, well-rounded perspective on skin health and patient care. Jennifer works closely with Dr. Davis, caring for patients before, during, and after surgery to ensure their skin is healthy, supported, and radiant every step of the way.

Lilly, Patient Support

As part of our patient support team, Lilly wears many hats, assisting our MedSpa providers, supporting the surgical side, and stepping in wherever she’s needed. She truly does it all, and always with a sweet smile that makes every patient feel welcomed and cared for. Her genuine kindness and attentive care shine through in the way she remembers each patient and makes every interaction feel personal and meaningful.

Rachel, Patient Support

As a valued member of our patient support team, Rachel assists throughout both our MedSpa and surgical departments, helping ensure patients feel supported every step of the way. With a background as an aesthetician, she brings a knowledgeable and compassionate approach to patient care. Her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine kindness help create a welcoming experience and make each patient feel comfortable, remembered, and truly cared for.
